Why we exist
Most software fails long before it is written. It fails in the brief nobody questioned, the user nobody spoke to, the decision deferred until the deadline made it for everyone.
We work the other way. We go down before we build out, into the business, the constraints, the thing that has to be true. Then we design and engineer until the product is obvious, fast and genuinely owned by the people who run it.
There is no floor. Only how deep you are willing to go.
That is the whole idea behind the name. Every product we take on, we take further than the brief asked for, and we are still there after launch, because the first release was never the finish line.
Selected work120m to 410m
Three products, live and running someone's business.
Not concepts or studies. Each of these is a shipped product with real users, real payments or real operational load behind it.
Everything between the idea and the thing in production.
One studio, one accountable team. Strategy, design, engineering and the long tail of care after launch, without handing you off between agencies.
01
Product Design & UI/UX
Before a line of code, the decisions.
We turn a rough ambition into a product someone can actually use: user flows, information architecture, interface design and a component system your team can build on for years.
Discovery & product definition
User flows and information architecture
High-fidelity interface design
Design system & component library
Interactive prototypes for validation
Clarity first. Everything else is decoration.
02
Web Platforms & Applications
Production software, not a brochure.
Full-stack web products built on Next.js and TypeScript: authentication, dashboards, payments, multi-role access and the admin surfaces your team runs the business from.
Next.js App Router architecture
Authentication & role-based access
Payment and subscription integration
Admin dashboards and internal tooling
Core Web Vitals performance budget
Built to be maintained, not just demoed.
03
Mobile Applications
The same product, in a pocket.
Android and cross-platform apps that share a backend and a design language with the web product, so your users get one coherent experience instead of two half-built ones.
Android application development
Shared API and data layer
Offline-aware and push-ready flows
Store listing and release pipeline
Parity with the web product
One product. Every surface your users reach for.
04
Internal Tools & Platform Engineering
The software nobody sees, that runs everything.
Inventory systems, lab management suites, CMS back-ends, operations dashboards. The unglamorous software that replaces a decade of spreadsheets.
Custom CMS and content pipelines
Inventory, stock and record systems
Reporting and operations dashboards
Data modelling & migration
Role, permission and audit design
Replace the spreadsheet. Keep the institutional memory.
05
AI & Automation
Useful intelligence, not a chatbot bolted on.
We integrate language models and automation where they measurably remove work: search over your own documents, assisted data entry, generated drafts, and the messaging pipelines around them.
LLM integration and prompt architecture
Retrieval over your own content
Workflow and messaging automation
Evaluation and guardrails
Cost and latency budgeting
If it does not remove work, it does not ship.
06
Launch, Scale & Care
The part most studios skip.
Deployment, monitoring, SEO foundations and an ongoing relationship after go-live, because the first version is never the last one.
Deployment and environment setup
SEO, metadata and structured data
Analytics and monitoring
Iteration cycles post-launch
Handover documentation and training
Launch day is the beginning of the project.
The dive profileHow we work
Four stages. No stage skipped to hit a date.
You always know which stage we are in, what it produces and what it costs, agreed before it starts.
01
Surface
0m
We find out what you are actually building.
Most projects fail here, quietly. We spend real time on the business model, the users, the constraints and the thing that has to be true for this to be worth building, before anyone opens a design file.
Discovery sessions with the people who own the outcome
User, buyer and operator mapping
Scope, risk and technical feasibility review
A written definition of done, agreed before we start
02
Descend
120m
Design until the product is obvious.
Flows, architecture and interface design, built as a system rather than a stack of screens. You see and react to the real thing early, while changing it is still cheap.
Information architecture and user flows
High-fidelity design of every core screen
Reusable component and token system
Prototype review cycles with your team
03
Pressure
400m
Engineering that holds under load.
Typed, tested, reviewed code on a modern stack. Auth, payments, dashboards and integrations built properly the first time, with performance treated as a feature.
Next.js and TypeScript production architecture
Authentication, roles and data modelling
Third-party and payment integrations
Accessibility and Core Web Vitals budgets
04
Infinity
∞
Launch, then keep going.
We deploy, instrument and hand over, with documentation your team can read. Then we stay for the next iteration, because the first release is a starting position, not a finish line.
Deployment, monitoring and environment setup
SEO foundations and structured data
Handover documentation and team training
Ongoing iteration and support cycles
The studioWho you work with
A small studio that builds like it has something to prove.
DiveintoInfinity is a digital product studio. We take on a deliberately small number of builds at a time so that each one gets the senior attention it needs, from the first discovery call to the release after launch.
Our work runs from a two-sided ticketing platform with a companion Android app, to a lab management suite that replaced a research institution's spreadsheets, to a procurement catalogue built for tenders rather than shopping carts. Different industries, same standard.
Go deep. Build infinite. We would rather do three things properly this quarter than ten things acceptably.
01
One team, start to finish
The people who scope your product are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed to a junior after the pitch.
02
Honest scope, fixed per phase
You know the cost of design before design begins and the cost of the build before the build begins. No hourly drift.
03
You own everything
Code, designs, infrastructure and accounts transfer to you. We are not interested in holding your product hostage.
04
Built to be handed over
Typed, documented, conventional code. Your next developer should be able to read it without calling us, though you can.
Before you askFAQ
The questions that come up on every first call.
Digital products. Web platforms with real back-ends (authentication, payments, dashboards, admin tooling), plus the Android apps and internal systems that sit alongside them. If it needs design and engineering to exist, it is in scope. Pure marketing brochures usually are not the best use of us.
Both. We have built a first public product for a new platform and replaced a decade of spreadsheets for an established research institution. What matters is that someone on your side owns the outcome and can make decisions.
A focused marketing or catalogue site is typically three to five weeks. A full product with authentication, dashboards and payments is usually eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. We give you a staged timeline after discovery, not before.
Fixed price per phase, agreed after discovery. You know the cost of design before design starts and the cost of the build before the build starts. No hourly surprises, and no change requests for things that were always in scope.
You do, completely, on final payment. Repositories, design files, infrastructure and accounts are transferred to your organisation. We do not hold your product hostage.
Yes. We join existing teams, take over half-finished builds and work inside your conventions. We will tell you honestly if a rewrite is cheaper than a rescue.
We hand over documentation and train your team, then continue in iteration cycles if you want us to. Most of our client relationships run well past the first release.
Send us a note describing what you want to build and roughly when. We reply within two working days, and the first call is a conversation about the problem, not a sales pitch.
